Annette serves as the foremost subject matter expert at Ford regarding business format franchising and the expansion of entities into global markets. She speaks fluent German and has worked in and or traveled to more than 65 countries including the continent of Antarctica. Annette holds a BA from Saint Louis University in Communications, a BA in International Studies, a minor in business marketing, and an International MBA (MIM) from Thunderbird in global business management.

Annette joined Ford Motor Company in 2000 and has served in countless leadership positions in business development, growth management, customer handling, brand building, market representation, sales operations, dealer contracts, and business strategy. Annette spent the majority of her 20-year Ford career in the field, garnering firsthand dealer franchise experience in order to help dealers improve their profitability. From inventory mix, and vehicle stocking, to parts management, marketing, personnel management, proforma forecasting and customer handling, Annette has worked in countless roles that help drive the Ford and Lincoln Dealer network toward sustainable profitability. 

Annette has translated countless tactical field wins into global corporate influence by accepting an invitation to Ford’s headquarters to help grow its maintenance and light repair business through global contract consistency in every Region that Ford operates. From China to Thailand and The UAE to Australia, Annette’s maintenance and light repair expertise and contracts acumen has been used to bring uniformity to Quick Lane agreements around the world so the brand maintains its integrity and standards. 

More than any accomplishment, Annette has the joy of true happiness through her faith. Because of this, Annette shares her learnings with others in hopes of giving them a valuable head start in their life’s journey. 

Board Experience: 

• In 2020, Annette attended The United Nations General Assembly and UN Global Compact Sessions where she shared ideas and engaged ambassadors, university, corporate, and entrepreneurial leaders regarding our shared goal to achieve the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Her interest in working together to achieve these goals is earnest and genuine.
