Pauline Kariuki recently joined The Women’s Bakery as the Director of Operations. Prior to joining the team, Pauline graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kenya Methodist University. Pauline has extensive experience in sales and operations as well as strategically directing businesses.
Pauline joins the team with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, paired with nearly 15 years of experience in operations and management. She is passionate and dedicated about helping The Women’s Bakery grow, and is inspired and thrilled to begin this new journey!
Alice Kirera graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the United States International University - Africa. She continued her education and graduated with her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi. Prior to joining The Women’s Bakery, Alice worked in bakery management, public relations, and administration focused in people-centric endeavors.
As the Kigali Flagship Bakery Manager, Alice is responsible for monitoring the finances, overseeing the production levels and inventory, as well as developing sales strategies, and managing workflow efficiency at the Kigali Flagship Bakery.
